100 grams Pastry flour

200 milliliters milk
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Zest and juice the orange. Add milk, orange juice, saffron, salt and flour and mix until smooth. Stir in eggs and orange zest and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Gradually fry pancakes in hot butter until golden pancakes. Let cool and cut into thin strips.
