125 grams Orange marmalade
8 Biscotti
150 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
80 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the orange with a sharp knife, remove any pith, cut out the orange segments then cut into small pieces. Squeeze the juice from the remaining flesh and gently heat with the honey until warmed. Stir in the marmalade and let cool.

2.

Coarsely chop the biscotti in a food processor. Mix the quark, yogurt and sugar until smooth. Layer the biscotti, quark mixture and orange mixture alternately in small serving glasses. Serve at a picnic, if desired.
