4 eggs

1 small Ciabatta (Italian Bread)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion, cut in half lengthwise and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Sauté onion in a pan in oil until translucent.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper to taste and pour over the onion. Cook until thickened over medium heat, then turn over and continue to cook another 3 minutes.

Rinse tomato, trim and cut into slices. Slice ciabatta horizontally and distribute the onion frittata on the bottom half of the bread. Place tomato slices over frittata, season with salt and pepper and cover with the top half of bread. Press down lightly and serve cut into slices.
