- 200 grams pitted, black Olives
- 4 Anchovy fillet
- 1 tsp Caper
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Onion baguette

Preparation steps
1.
Drain the olives and anchovies well and finely pulse with the capers and the oil in a blender.

Season with pepper to taste, and serve as a spread for the onion baguette.
