4 eggs
50 milliliters olive oil
50 milliliters white wine
1 tsp Baking powder
100 grams Gruyere
100 grams cooked ham
20 black and green Olives
salt
vegetable oil (for greasing the pan)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the flour, eggs, olive oil, white wine, baking powder and salt into a smooth dough. Grate the cheese, dice the ham, halve the olives and remove the pits. Stir the cheese, ham and olives into the dough. 

2.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a rectangular baking dish with oil. Transfer the dough to the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
