Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) convection. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Combine the oats, nuts, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the egg and beat until homogenous. Stir in the oat mixture until combined, scoop out small balls and arrange on the baking sheets, allowing room for spreading. Flatten the balls slightly and bake for 12-15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack while still hot and let cool.
