Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until creamy. Mix the baking powder, lemon extract, oatmeal, chopped hazelnuts and grated chocolate into the dough.

3.

Use a teaspoon to heap portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Press 1 hazelnut into the center of each cookie. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
