70 grams white sugar
50 grams Pastry flour
200 grams whole Oats
50 grams raisins
50 grams coarsely chopped Walnut

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Grease two baking sheets with butter and dust with flour.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and set aside to cool slightly. Beat the eggs, brown and white sugar until frothy. Gradually mix the melted butter in. Sift the flour and stir into the egg mixture. Fold the whole oats, raisins, chopped walnuts and chocolate chips into the dough and mix until smooth. Using two spoons, drop small mounds of the dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack. Store the cookies in an airtight container.
