1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix together the butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the egg, then add the vanilla flavor. Mix flour and baking powder together and stir in. Fold in both kinds (dark and white) of chocolate chips.

Use a teaspoon to spoon out the dough onto the baking sheets (with about 5 cm of space between each, approximately 2 inches) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Take the cookies off of the baking sheet and let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
