These bars provide healthy carbs and fiber from the oats as well as nutrients from the fruits. They can be a light snack during the day when you feel low on energy.
For more natural sweeteners, substitute the sugar and corn syrup with maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar. You can also substitute the butter with coconut oil.

- ½ cup butter
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- ⅓ cup light corn syrup
- 4 cups high fruit Muesli
- ½ cup chopped Nut (cashews, almonds, etc.)
- 3 Tbsps Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9" x 13" baking pan with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Heat the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a pan until just melted.
3.
Add the muesli and nuts and mix well. Tip into the baking pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Mark into 12 bars and leave to cool completely in the tin, as it falls apart when warm. Cut when cold.
