Oats and flax are extremely high in fiber, which will be extremely beneficial for your digestive system. These bars will provide you with energy and will satiate you when you're feeling peckish inbetween meals.
You can make these into granola instead of bars and serve it over yogurt.

- ⅔ cup raisins
- 2 Tbsps flaxseed
- 2 Tbsps flaxseed
- ½ cup apple sauce
- 0.333 cup sunflower oil
- salt

1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 4 canning jars (à 400 ml), 1 Kitchen towel, 1 eventuell Mortar, 1 eventuell Ladle
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160° fan)|350F|gas 4 and line an 18 cm | 7” square baking tin with greaseproof paper.

Combine the oats, raisins, flax seeds, and linseeds in a large mixing bowl.

Melt together the apple sauce, sunflower oil, and salt in a saucepan set over a medium heat.

Whisk until smooth before pouring over the oats. Stir well to combine before packing the mixture into the prepared tin.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden on top. Remove the tin to a wire rack to cool completely before turning out and cutting into bars.
