400 grams Pastry flour
4 eggs
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Pastry flour (for work sruface)
1 handful Nasturtium

Preparation steps

1.

Combine flour with salt, eggs and oil, knead to a smooth, pliable dough. Add more water or flour, if needed. Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes. 

2.

Divide dough into 3-4 pieces and knead each again. Roll with the pasta machine or on a lightly floured surface with a rolling pin.

3.

Pluck off flowers and rinse, place flowers on top of half of dough. Top with remaining dough and roll again (with a machine or a pin). Cut into noodle strips and let rest for about 10 minutes. 

4.

Cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drian and as serve as needed.
