- 250 grams Mascarpone
- 200 grams cream cheese
- salt
- white, freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 16 Nasturtium
- ½ bunch Chives (in rolls)
- 12 Chives
- 24 peppercorns
- 24 slivered almonds
- 1 handful Wild garlic leaf

Preparation steps
1.
Stir mascarpone with the cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth and season well with salt and pepper. Rinse the nasturtium flowers gently and pat dry. Distribute the chopped chive rolls on 4 plates. With two tablespoons, mold three large cams from mascarpone cream per plate.

Place a chive stalk into each as a tail, the peppercorns as eyes and slivered almonds as ears. Garnish the plate with nasturtium flowers and wild garlic leaves and serve the mice with bread.
