- 4 cups Green beans
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsps yellow Mustard seed

Preparation steps
1.
Boil the green beans in a large pan of salted water for about 5 minutes or until just tender.

Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter in a pan over a low heat and stir in the mustard seeds. Cook until the seeds start to brown then remove from the heat.
3.
Drain the beans well, stir in the mustard seeds and serve immediately.
