Preparation steps

Clean mushrooms and cut into smaller pieces if necessary. Heat the butter in a pan and saute the mushrooms over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir in finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse and pat dry parsley leaves.
3.
Slice the bread, cover with parsley leaves and top with mushrooms. Shave Parmesan over the mushrooms and serve.
