5 Tbsps Parmesan (freshly grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the mushrooms. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Dip the mushrooms in flour, drag through the egg and roll in parmesan.

3.

In a large saucepan or deep fryer, heat the oil. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Lift out with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper before serving.
