- 4 Prince mushrooms (or other wild mushrooms) (or Portobello)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- 4 Bruschetta bun (or baguette slices)
- 100 grams Emmentaler cheese
- 4 Tbsps Corn
- 4 Tbsps sweet and sour Chili sauce
- Lettuce for garnish (radicchio, lettuce, frisee lettuce)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse mushrooms, slice and remove stems. Add salt and place in a baking dish with olive oil. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 15 minutes.
2.
Split the rolls, top halves with Emmentaler slices and bake until the cheese melts.
3.
Mix corn with chile sauce. Rinse lettuce and pat dry. Arrange mushrooms on roll halves and garnish with corn and lettuce.
