Preparation steps

1.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices or chunks, depending on size. Peel shallot and garlic, chop both finely and fry in hot oil.

2.

Add mushrooms and sauté over high heat. Continue to cook until all the liquid has evaporated, then season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Toast the bread slices, distribute the warm mushroom mixture on top and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
