Preparation steps

1.

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Rinse and halve the cranberries.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms and cranberries over high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring often. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toast the baguette in the oven or in a toaster. Peel the garlic, then rub the baguette slices with it. Mix the mushrooms with the remaining olive oil and parmesan. Top the baguette slices with the mushrooms mixture and serve.
