- 200 grams Chestnut mushroom
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- peppers
- 3 yellow Bell pepper
- 12 slices Bacon
- 100 grams Arugula

Preparation steps
1.
Clean mushrooms with a brush. Peel the garlic cloves and press into a bowl. Stir in the olive oil, soy sauce, chili powder and pepper. Pour over mushrooms and marinate about 15 minutes.

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into large pieces. Cut bacon slices in half and roll into small rolls.

Preheat the grill.

Thread pieces of bell pepper, bacon rolls and mushrooms alternately on skewers. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning frequently. Meanwhile, rinse the arugula, spin dry and arrange on plates. Place skewers on the arugula and serve.
