50 grams chopped Hazelnuts
200 grams mixed Berry (currants, blackberries, raspberries)
200 grams Fruit (grapes, orange, cherries, apricots)
50 grams raisins
500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
¼ l milk
2 Tbsps flaxseed
cinnamon
grated Lemon peel

Preparation steps

Place the oatmeal and hazlenuts in a bowl. Rinse the berries. Rinse the apricots, remove the pits and slice. Peel and halve the orange, and segment. Add the fruit to the oatmeal mixture.

In a bowl, blend the yogurt, milk and flaxseed together until combined. Place in a jar. Serve the muesli and yogurt separately or serve the muesli in individual bowls with the yogurt spooned over top. Sprinkle the muesli with cinnamon and lemon zest, and serve.
