- 150 Tbsps Wheat germ
- 2 Tbsps Shredded wheat
- 2 Tbsps toasted Oats
- 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped Hazelnuts
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- 1 Apple
- 1 small Banana
- 100 grams purple Grape
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the dry ingredients, raisins and chopped fruit. Divide between serving bowls.

Whisk the yogurt, honey and cream together then add to the muesli. Serve.
