Muesli with Fruit and Mint
Coarsley grind the oats, nuts, raisins and sunflower seeds, and place in a bowl. Cover with the milk and allow to soak overnight.
The next day, rinse the apples, quarter, core and chop into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana.
In a bowl, stir the apples with the banana and honey. Stir the fruit mixture into the oat mixture. Serve garnished with the mint.
