- 1 Tbsp Sunflower seed
- 40 grams Granola
- 1 Banana
- 100 grams honeydew melon (pulp)
- 200 grams Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 30 grams mixed Sprout
Preparation steps
1.
Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry skillet and mix with the granola.
2.
Peel the banana and cut into slices. Chop the melon into pieces.
Mix the fruit, the granola and the yogurt together and serve showered with sprouts.
