4 Vine tomatoes
1 handful Arugula
60 grams black Olives (pitted)
8 slices Toast
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps Balsamic glaze

Preparation steps

1.

Cut mozzarella into slices and season with salt and pepper. Rinse and slice tomatoes. Rinse arugula and shake dry. Halve olives. Toast bread. Brush 4 slices of toasted bread with olive oil. Layer with arugula, mozzarella and tomato slices and olives and drizzle with balsamic crema. Top with remaining toast slices.
