1 scoop Mozzarella (125 grams)
60 grams Prosciutto (thick slices without fat)
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
finely chopped peppers
Nutmeg
2 elongated Panini (Italian bread)
2 Tbsps butter
Aluminum foil

Preparation steps

Drain the mozzarella and cut into small cubes. Chop the ham into small cubes. Mix the mozzarella and ham with the parsley and oregano and season with salt, pepper and a little freshly grated nutmeg.

Slice each panini in half longitudinally and scoop out the lower halves, leaving a 1 cm thick edge (approximately 1/2 inch). Spread the rolls with butter and fill with the mozzarella and ham mixture.

3.

Replace the upper halves of the bread, wrap the rolls in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400ºF) on the middle shelf for about 10 minutes. 

Unwrap from the foil and serve immediately.
