Ingredients

Preparation steps

For the mojito: In a highball, add the sugar with a little soda water. Cut the limes into quarters, squeeze the juice over it and place the lime pieces in the glass. Crush with a wooden pestle, and put the lime in the glass again. With a bar spoon stir well. Add a sprig of mint, crush the stems with a wooden pestle the without damaging the leaves. Add some crushed ice cubes to the glass, fill with the white rum and soda water and stir well. Garnish with mint.

For the guacamole: Peel the onion and finely chop. Rinse the chilli, slit lengthwise, remove seeds and mince. Peel the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit and peel the flesh from the shell. Halve and squeeze lime onto it. Rinse cilantro, shake dry and finely chop the leaves. Blend the avocados with the juice and cilantro in a blender and puree. Mix the avocado purée with the onion and the chiles. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve guacamole on rice crackers with mojito.
