- 1 organic Lime
- 4 centiliters Soda water
- 1 bar spoon fine cane sugar (white)
- 1 sprig Basil
- Crushed ice
- 4 centiliters white Rum

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the lime into fine columns. Set aside 1 column for the garnish.
2.
In a glass, dissolve the sugar in a little soda water. Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Pour the lime columns into the glass, crush slightly with a plunger and fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the rum, stir gently with a bar spoon and fill with the remaining soda water.
3.
Serve garnished with the lime column.
