- 350 grams mixed Lettuce (such as radicchio, lettuce, frisee lettuce and oak leaf)
- 2 tart Apple
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- 4 Camembert (125 grams)
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 2 eggs
- 80 grams breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsps lingonberry (for garnishing, from a jar)

Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces. Peel and quarter apples, core and cut into pieces. Drizzle with orange juice.

Whisk sour cream with vinegar and oil, season with sugar and salt.

Cut camembert into 5-6 triangles and coat with flour. Dip into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Press well. Heat oil to 170°C (approximately 338°F) in a pan and cook cheese for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
4.
Arrange lettuce with apples on plates, drizzle with the dressing. Top with Camembert triangles and garnish with cranberries. Serve.
