- 8 shrimp
- 120 grams Rice flour
- 180 milliliters cold water
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 generous pinch Cumin
- 1 generous pinch Turmeric
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ head Lettuce
- 50 grams Radish
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 4 thyme
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsps Corn oil
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the flour with cold water, cumin, turmeric and egg yolks to a smooth batter. Cover and let stand about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
2.
Rinse, trim and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
3.
Rinse the radishes and thinly slice.
4.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry non-stick skillet.
5.
For the dressing, mix the honey with rice vinegar and corn oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the prawns but leave the tails and rinse. Pat dry and dredge in the batter. Fry in hot oil for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
7.
Mix the lettuce, radishes and pine nuts with the dressing and place on serving plates. Top with the prawns, season with sea salt and pepper and serve garnished with thyme.
