- 200 grams mixed Lettuce
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 500 milliliters Chicken broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 medium-sized button Mushroom
- 4 Tbsps Kidney beans (canned)
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 sm can Baby corn cob
- 2 tsps Ajvar
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 5 Tbsps Corn oil
Preparation steps
1.
Add chicken breasts and chicken broth to a pot, bring to a boil, cover and leave on low heat until done, about 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Rinse lettuce, trim and spin dry. Tear lettuce into small bite-sized pieces.
3.
Trim mushrooms and cut into slices. Drain beans and corn. Cut tomatoes into slices.
4.
Mix vinegar in a bowl with oil and ajvar and season with salt and pepper. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
5.
Mix lettuce in a large bowl with corn, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken and the salad dressing, arrange on plates and serve.
