For the salad
1 Lettuce
200 grams cooked ham (sliced)
125 grams Mountain cheese (sliced)
1 Cucumber
250 grams cooked chicken
2 Tomatoes
10 Radish
1 sm can Corn
4 hard-boiled eggs
For the dressing
1 hard-boiled egg
1 small shallot (peeled and finely diced)
1 small chili pepper (trimmed, seeded, finely chopped)
5 Tbsps Mayonnaise
Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 tsp Horseradish
½ tsp Mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, rinse the lettuce, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

2.

Cut the ham and cheese into fine strips.

3.

Halve the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut crosswise into slices.

4.

Chop the chicken and tomatoes into small cubes.

5.

Cut the radishes into slices.

6.

Cut the eggs into quarters.

7.

For the dressing, mix all salad dressing ingredients together and purée coarsely. Season with salt and pepper.

8.

For the salad, combine the ham, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, chicken cubes, radishes and drained corn with the salad dressing and mix well.

9.

Arrange the lettuce leaves in a bowl and distribute the rest of the salad ingredients over them.

Serve garnished with the quartered eggs.
