Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths.

2.

Rinse lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear into bite-size pieces.

3.

Rinse radishes, trim if necessary and cut into halves or carve into desired pattern.

4.

Rinse cucumber and cut into slices.

5.

Peel eggs and cut into eighths.

6.

Rinse parsley and pat dry.

7.

Mix mustard in a bowl with vinegar and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Gradually stir in oil. Mix prepared salad ingredients except eggs in a large bowl, drizzle with mustard mixture and mix.

8.

Serve in bowls garnished with eggs.
