Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry the mixed greens. Mix the vinegar, oil and shallot and season with salt, sugar and pepper.

2.

Halve the avocados, remove the pits, peel, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately.

3.

Toss the greens with the dressing and serve topped with the avocado slices and chopped walnuts.
