- 2 organic Limes (sliced)
- 2 cups Black tea
- 2 cups Passion fruit juice
- 2 cups Orange juice
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 ⅔ cups Strawberries (halved)
- 1 cup Tonic water
- 1 cup Bitter Lemon

Preparation steps
1.
Place the orange and lime slices in a bowl and add the tea, passion fruit juice and the orange juice. Leave in the fridge overnight to steep.
2.
Just before serving add the raspberries and the strawberries and top up with tonic water and bitter lemon.
