- 1 ⅔ cups Apple juice
- 1 ⅓ cups Mango nectar
- 2 Tbsps Grenadine
- mint (to garnish)
- Maraschino cherry (to garnish)

For children, omit the grenadine and substitute with 5 drops of red food colouring
Preparation steps
1.
Cut open the passion fruit and scrape out the seeds and flesh. Pass through a fine sieve and reserve the juice.
2.
Mix the apple juice with the passion fruit juice and mango nectar, add the grenadine and pour into glasses filled with ice.
3.
Serve garnished with mint leaves and maraschino cherries.
