cup butter
cup chicken stock (or water)
mint (leaves roughly chopped)

Preparation steps

Put the peas in a small pan with the butter and the stock. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 3 - 4 minutes.

Blend in a food processor with the chopped mint for a few seconds, or mash with a fork, until you have a coarse puree. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
