- 30 grams Millet
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth (Instant powdered)
- 20 grams carrots
- 20 grams Leeks
- 20 grams paprika
- 1 tsp onions
- 1 Tbsp soaked Oats
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- freshly ground peppers
- Iodized salt
- garlic cloves
- Chervil
Preparation steps
1.
Simmer millet in vegetable broth about 20 minutes. Finely grate vegetables, mix with drained millet and soaked oats. Season generously, mix with remaining ingredients and refrigerate.

Serve with pumpernickel or whole wheat bread, if desired.
