150 grams honeydew melon
300 grams Cantaloupe
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp dry white wine
0.3 gram Saffron
2 Tbsps Raspberry syrup
1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Peel melons, scoop out seeds and cut the flesh into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Puree half of the canteloupe finely and mix with the lemon juice, wine and saffron.

2.

Dip the edges of 4 glasses in raspberry syrup and then roll in powdered sugar. Add the remaining melon cubes to the glasses and serve drizzled with the melon puree.
