- 1 pc 750 grams Watermelon
- 1 honeydew melon (Cantaloupe, Galia or muskmelon)
- 1 tsp pickled green peppers (from a jar)
- 1 Lime
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 Tbsps Nut oil
- 50 grams Alfalfa sprouts
- 4 little round Goat cheese (about 30 grams)
- 60 grams Prosciutto
Preparation steps
1.
With a sharp knife, remove rind from watermelon. Remove seeds if necessary and cut watermelon into pieces. Halve melon and scoop out seeds with a spoon. Cut melon into wedges.

Chop peppercorns. Rinse lime, pat dry and finely grate zest. Squeeze juice from lime. Mix lime juice with nut oil, peppercorns and lime zest. Season with salt and sugar.

Drizzle sprouts with a little of the dressing and mix well. Drizzle remaining dressing over watermelon and melon wedges. Arrange melons on plates and top with sprouts, goat cheese and prosciutto.
