4 ozs Blackberry
3 ozs Marsala wine
6 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps Maple syrup
1 generous pinch ground Cardamom

Preparation steps

1.

Halve melon, remove seeds and scoop out flesh with a melon baller. 

2.

Rinse berries and drain. Hull and halve strawberries  and combine all the berries with the melon balls in a bowl. Drizzle with marsala, toss to coat, cover and chill 20 minutes.

3.

Stir yogurt with lemon juice and maple syrup in a small bowl until smooth. Season with cardamom.

4.

Divide fruit among dessert plates, dollop with the cardamom cream and garnish with mint leaves.
