- 8 slices Baguette (toasted)
- 2 Tbsps Basil (shredded)

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a pan and gently cook the onions until soft.

Add the garlic and tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes then stir in the olives and balsamic vinegar.
3.
Spread the onion mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately garnished with the basil.
