600 grams Oyster mushrooms
4 Tomatoes
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
150 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground pepper
200 grams ground pork
1 Tbsp butter
some Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse mushrooms and cut larger mushrooms as desired. Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds, and slice. Peel onion and garlic. Finely dice onion.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan. Saute oyster mushrooms and onion briefly. Press garlic and add to pan. Pour in cream and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Form ground pork into small balls. Heat butter in another frying pan and fry meatballs on all sides. Add tomatoes and cook very briefly. Mix together with basil leaves and oyster mushrooms. Season to taste and serve.
