- 500 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt (and pepper)
- 1 large onion
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Pepperoncini
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil (For brushing)
- Mustard
- Ketchup

Preparation steps
1.
Peel onion and chop finely. Rinse the parsley and chop finely. Mix well with ground meat, season with salt and pepper, knead and shape into patties.
2.
Peel onion and cut into thin slices. Halve bell peppers, rinse, remove seeds and cut into slices. Rinse the tomatoes and cut in half. Brush patties and vegetables with oil and fry on the hot grill while turning. Before serving, garnish the patties with mustard and ketchup.
