1 bay leaf
4 red and yellow Bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
freshly ground peppers
1 sprig Sage
4 Anchovy fillet
1 l olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the beans overnight. Drain, place in a pot, and cover with clean water. Simmer with the bay leaf for 40 minutes, until soft.

Rinse and trim the peppers. Halve and julienne. Peel and slice the garlic. Sauté the peppers and garlic in 4-5 tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3.

Remove the leaves from the sage. Divide the beans, garlic mixture, sage, and anchovy filets into prepared jars. Cover with oil, cool, and seal tightly.
