- 500 grams button Mushroom
- 2 shallots
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 carrots
- 250 milliliters white wine
- 250 milliliters mild Wine vinegar
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp colorful peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp Mustard seed
Preparation steps

Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms. Peel the shallots and cut into rings. Rinse the celery and cut into thin slices. Peel and finely dice the carrots.

Bring 400 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water to a boil and add the salt. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 4 minutes. Drain the mushrooms and pour into the prepared jars. Pour the boiling water into a pot. Add the shallots, carrots, celery, white wine, vinegar, sugar, peppercorns and mustard seeds. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour the broth over the mushrooms and seal the jars well. Allow to cool before serving.
