- 1 ¼ cups goat Feta (in 0.5 cm slices)
- 1 ¼ cups fresh Goat cheese (sliced)
- 1 red chili pepper (sliced diagonally into rings)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely sliced)
- ½ unwaxed lemon (finely sliced)
- 4 sprigs rosemary (leaves picked)
- ⅞ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Chili flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the jars with boiling water and leave to dry upside-down on a tea towel.
2.
Layer both cheeses in the jars. Add the chillies, garlic, lemon and rosemary. Fill to the top with oil. Sprinkle with a little coarse sea salt and chilli flakes and seal well.
3.
Leave in a cool dark place for around 1 week to marinate.
