olive oil (cold-pressed)
250 grams Feta (from sheep and goat milk)
10 small logs Goat cheese
100 Harzer Cheese
1 handful Basil (chopped)
1 handful parsley (chopped)
2 sprigs rosemary
1 sprig thyme
3 garlic cloves (peeled)
3 bay leaves
2 onions (cut into thick rings)
1 Tbsp Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the feta cheese, cut into cubes and place in 1 jar. Add the red pepper flakes, basil and parsley. Fill with oil and close.

2.

Place the goat cheese in a separate jar. Add the garlic, rosemary and thyme, fill with oil and close.

3.

Place the Harzer cheese in the remaining jar. Add the onion, bay leaves and juniper berries. Fill with olive oil and close.

4.

Let marinate for about 1 week before serving.
