- 800 grams small round Feta
- 250 milliliters olive oil
- 10 fresh bay leaves
- 10 thyme
- 2 Tbsps sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tsps peppercorns
- 2 garlic cloves
Preparation steps

Mix the feta cheese gently with the bay leaves, thyme, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Peel the garlic, and cut in half. Mix the garlic and peppercorns gently with the cheese. Divide into jars, and top with enough olive oil so that the cheese is covered. Seal tightly. Let marinate at least 1 week.
