800 grams fresh Anchovy fillet
2 Tbsps lemon juice
10 garlic cloves
2 handfuls fresh parsley
salt
freshly ground peppers
250 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the anchovies, pat dry and drizzle with lemon juice. 

2.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the parsley, pat dry, remove the leaves and finely chop. 

3.

Place the anchovies in a casserole dish, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle the garlic and parsley over the top and cover with olive oil. Transfer to the refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour.
